Woodwork Machine OperatorMonday - Friday 7am-5pmThe Door/Cabinet Molder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molder machines used in the production of wood doors, cabinet components, trim, and molding products. This position ensures products are manufactured to quality specifications, production schedules are met, and all safety procedures are followed.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate molder machinery to produce doors, cabinet components, moldings, and related wood products.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.Adjust machine settings, tooling, guides, and feed rates to meet product requirements.Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production runs.Change knives, cutter heads, and tooling as required.Measure finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments.Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Keep work areas clean and organized according to 5S and housekeeping standards.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to meet production goals.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
