Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to support sales activities through online communication prospect follow-up and relationship building. This part-time remote position is suited to someone who enjoys communicating with people identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers by phone email and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and respond to sales inquiries.
• Explain available products or services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads communications and follow-up activities.
• Assist in coordinating sales meetings and next steps.
• Work toward established sales and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence communicating with prospective customers.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

• Remote position.
