Job Description

Lobby attendants look after the heart of the building. You keep an eye on the entrance, keep the lobby presentable, welcome residents and visitors, and report anything that needs attention to management. It is steady, hands-on work where reliability counts.Two full-time schedules are open:- Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3pm to 11pm, plus Monday and Tuesday, 11pm to 7am- Wednesday to Sunday, 11pm to 7amTell us which schedule suits you when you apply.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)
