Required Skills: \n
\n - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field
\n - 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce
\n - Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications (must-have)
\n - Proficiency in building solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
\n - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
\n - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
\n - Experience contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews
\n - Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt
\n
Nice to Have Skills: \n
\n - Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information
\n - Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools
\n - Exposure to Agile development methodologies
\n - Involvement in business analysis or quality testing
\n
Preferred Education and Experience: \n
\n - Degree in a technology-related subject
\n - Over 5 years of total development experience
\n - Proven track record working on Salesforce CRM solutions in a corporate environment
\n
Other Requirements: \n
\n - Willingness to obtain or maintain Salesforce certifications
\n - Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
\n - Flexibility to support additional tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed
